Service pricing
I am a licensed out-of-network provider with all insurance plans. Many families are able to be reimbursed partially or fully for my services, though this depends on your specific insurance plan. I will provide you with a superbill which you can submit to your insurance for reimbursement.
Payment is due at the time of service and can be made via credit card, cash, or HSA account.
Evaluation Cost
Flat rate - $2000 (effective March 1 2026 flat rate will increase to $2400).
The flat fee includes a thorough, individualized evaluation conducted entirely by Dr. Jessica Norman Wells, including direct testing and behavioral observation with your child (typically 4–6 hours), careful integration of parent and teacher input, and comprehensive interpretation of all results. When helpful, school observations can also be incorporated.
You will receive a detailed written report that goes beyond test scores to explain what the findings mean, including diagnostic clarification when appropriate and personalized recommendations across home, school, and daily life. This is intended to provide a roadmap for the coming years, offering clarity, direction, and actionable next steps.
Payment will be collected as follows: $500 at initial interview appointment and $1500 at final feedback session, when you receive a copy of the evaluation report. Please let me know if you’d like to request a different payment plan.
Therapy and Parent Coaching Cost
Therapeutic services begin with a clinical assessment involving an interview with parents and administration of questionnaires related to your child’s emotions and behavior. The intake appointment is $225.
Ongoing therapy and parent coaching sessions are $175 (53-60 minute session). Effective March 1 2026, therapy session fee will increase to $185.
